The Websites are hosted by MiTAC Computing Technology Corporation, a company incorporated in Taiwan (Company Registration Number: 28113764 ) with registered office at 3F., No.1, R&D Road 2, Hsinchu Science Park, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C.

The Privacy Policy explains how MiTAC Computing Technology Corporation and its affiliates (collectively "MiTAC" or "We") use personal data from and about you, on the Websites operated by MiTAC, by phone, email, or otherwise when you visit the Websites, or use the services provided on and through our Websites, including but without limitation to marketing assets downloading services, registration of marketing campaigns and events, and after-sales services.

  1. Newsletter Management System

    We only collect your email address when you subscribe "MiTAC Newsletter". You can opt out of receiving MiTAC newsletter at any time by (a) clicking the "Unsubscribe" button in the footer of any newsletter email you receive from MiTAC or on our Websites, or (b) contacting us for removing your personal date via this link.

    For MiTAC newsletter delivery, we use Zoho Campaign System to manage our newsletter email lists. There's no third-party tracking in messages we send through Zoho Campaign System besides Zoho Campaign System's own analytics, which may aggregate how many subscribers open a message or click the links inside.     By selecting "Sign me up for the MiTAC newsletter and marketing communications." during the process of filling out the online form on the Websites, you agree to add your email address on to our Zoho Campaign System email lists.

  2. Registration for Marketing Campaigns and Events

    We and our affiliate partners may collect your personal data such as your name, company name, e-mail address, contact phone number, etc when registering to our online marketing campaigns, events or requesting for files download through the Websites or the associated third party systems. We and our affiliate partners will use your personal data to provide services for the following marketing and sales activities.

  3. "Contact Us" Webpage and MiTAC CRM System

    When you submit a message through our "Contact Us" webpage, we collect your personal data. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, company name, email address, and phone number, which will be associated with personally identifiable information. We may combine the information you provide online with other data we collect from you offline or from third parties to tailor our websites, services, and offerings more effectively to your needs.

  4. Technical Online Ticket System

    Upon your registration to our technical online ticket system, we may ask you to provide personal data such as your e-mail address, name, telephone number, or persistent identifier (such as a customer number held in a cookie) which is associated with individually identifiable information. We may combine the information you provide on the Website with other information we may collect from you offline or from third parties so that we can tailor the Website, services, and offerings to you more effectively.

  5. MiTAC Registration System

    To offer seamless access to MiTAC systems, including but not limited to the MiTAC CRM system, MiTAC Technical Online Support Ticket System, MiTAC Ordering System, and MiTAC ServerTools, we utilize Microsoft Azure Single Sign-On (SSO). This mechanism collects your personal data, such as your name, company name, email address, and phone number, which is associated with personally identifiable information.   1. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, MiTAC endeavors to retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for MiTAC to fulfill the aforementioned purposes.
