On May 1st 2023, Intel announced its intention to exit the server business and pass on the Intel DSG (Datacenter Solutions Group) business to MiTAC, their long-time ODM partner. In this arrangement, MiTAC will sell, support, and continue to build the current Intel DSG products after July 1st, 2023.
