BMC updates for compliance with California Senate Bill 327 (SB327)
To equip our devices with reasonable security features to comply with California's Senate Bill No. 327, which took effect on January 1st 2020, new BMC firmware packages have been issued which require users to change their password after logging into their BMC for the first time.
Description:
- Fix bootlogo change failed.
- Fix build failed cause BMC revision disappeared.

- Fix fan pin connection to solve fan 6 no reading.

- Modify dimm discreat sensor owner ID form 0x3c to 0x3f.
