BMC updates for compliance with California Senate Bill 327 (SB327)
To equip our devices with reasonable security features to comply with California's Senate Bill No. 327, which took effect on January 1st 2020, new BMC firmware packages have been issued which require users to change their password after logging into their BMC for the first time.
Description:
- Follow thermal FSC table R10
- Modify FRU size to 4096 from 256 bytes
- Modify sensor name to comply with the sensor list v006
- Modify watchdog sensor type to 0x23 from 0x03
- Fix screen will lit when system in S5
- Enable boot logo
- Fixed user ID 1 IPMI message set to false
- Add and modify Event-Only sensors to comply with the sensor list v006
