BMC updates for compliance with California Senate Bill 327 (SB327)
To equip our devices with reasonable security features to comply with California's Senate Bill No. 327, which took effect on January 1st 2020, new BMC firmware packages have been issued which require users to change their password after logging into their BMC for the first time.

1. fix when update CPLD firmware on WEB ,it will produce CPU thermal trip log.
2.Fix IPMI APML command failed.
3. Modify GPU sensor numbers of SKU31.
4. Support CPLD version fetch via Redfish and WebUI.
