- ME Firmware needs update to 11.8.50.3399
** !!! MUST updated ME Firmware !!! **
**Please note upgrade to Kabylake CPU requires ME update
Flash BIOS with ME update from V1.03 to 1.04 STEP by STEP:
- Extract 5545V104.zip to your bootable USB Storage
- Power on your system and boot to EFI SHELL
- Reboot system and enter to BIOS Setup Menu
- Select Advanced > PCH-FW Configuration >> Firmware Update Configuration >>> Me FW Image Re-Flash [Enabled]
- Press [F4], then select [Yes] and press [Enter]
- Waiting for system boot to EFI SHELL
- Run flash.nsh
- If you read the message "WARNING : System must power-off to have the changes take effect!", please power off your system
- Then power your system and enter BIOS Setup Menu : Advanced > PCH-FW Configuration to check ME Firmware whether was updated.(ME FW is 11.8.50.3399)
- Exit to BIOS Setup Menu and Done
