BMC updates for compliance with California Senate Bill 327 (SB327)
To equip our devices with reasonable security features to comply with California's Senate Bill No. 327, which took effect on January 1st 2020, new BMC firmware packages have been issued which require users to change their password after logging into their BMC for the first time.

- Add PSU Green Well featufe
- Add IDBTN for Power on featufe
- Add E2 Command
- Smlink0 Address to 0x20
- Enable host interface & remote vmedia.
- Update SDR , Modify SYS_Air_Inlet , MB_Air_Inlet, SYS_Air_Outlet Sensor Number
- Add GPU SDR
- Follow marking requirement, disable Keep PHY link feature.
