BMC updates for compliance with California Senate Bill 327 (SB327)
To equip our devices with reasonable security features to comply with California's Senate Bill No. 327, which took effect on January 1st 2020, new BMC firmware packages have been issued which require users to change their password after logging into their BMC for the first time.

- Update BMC FW name in POST screen banner for B7120
- Update FAN sensor number to 14 from 3 for S7120
- Fix PSU unit number always reset to 2 from 0 after BMC reboot
- Fix sometimes BMC fail to boot up after AC cycle
