BMC updates for compliance with California Senate Bill 327 (SB327)
To equip our devices with reasonable security features to comply with California's Senate Bill No. 327, which took effect on January 1st 2020, new BMC firmware packages have been issued which require users to change their password after logging into their BMC for the first time.
Description:
1. Fix issue: ID LED can't be controled when use ID button then use BMC web control
2. Update LC of sensor P0_VDD_SOC_RUN to 0.679 by referencing AMD spec
3. Change the time to configure BIOS flash reset pin just before BIOS FW update
4. Add SDR for SEL, assert Log Area Reset/Cleared
5. Enable VMEDIA in HTML5 KVM
6. Support TLS v1.2 and disable TLS v1.0 support
7. Update OpenSSL form 1.0.1t-deb7u1 to 1.0.1t-deb8u12.
8. Fix issue that failed to install OS remotely via JAVA KVM
