BMC updates for compliance with California Senate Bill 327 (SB327)
To equip our devices with reasonable security features to comply with California's Senate Bill No. 327, which took effect on January 1st 2020, new BMC firmware packages have been issued which require users to change their password after logging into their BMC for the first time.

- Fixed incorrect variable in eeprom(use retry mechanism)
- Support enable&disable dimm cmd(default is disable)
- Support CPLD FW update by yafuflash

- Note 1: Due to image layout is modified, please use socflash utility to update the BMC v2.00.
- Note 2: Please follow the update process to update BMC v2.00 first then program the new BIOS with Redfish enabled.
