Description:
1. Update WhitleyCrb codebase from 74 to 76.
2. Fixed the setup item“Hardware PM State Control”and“SOCKET RAPL Config” lost issue.
3. Fixed the issue in the "Onboard Lan" setup where I210 was missing and X550 was displayed.
